TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The terms and conditions of sale are exclusively valid between the company “SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano” (Via Martiri Fantini n.17) and any other AOB who purchases online on the website www.shangagioielli.com, henceforward referred to as “Customer”.

These conditions may be subject to changes and the publication date on the above-mentioned website corresponds to their date of entry into force.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT

With these general terms and conditions of sale SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano sells and the Customer purchases remotely the tangible moveable properties shown and offered on sale on the website www.shangagioielli.com.

Any order placed on the website www.shangagioielli.com shall not be considered as immediately binding, but rather as an order request made by the Customer to SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano, which should in the first place verify the manufacturing time and the related delivery time for the ordered items.

The agreement ends with the transmission of the order confirmation from SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano to the Customer and the subsequent payment of the amount due via bank transfer (unless other methods of payment are pre-approved by email by SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano) from the Customer to SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano.

The Customer shall commit to examine these general terms and conditions of sale before ordering, with specific attention to the pre-contractual information given by SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano and should tick the specified box for acceptance.

Pre-contractual information for the consumer

Before the sales agreement ends, the Customer shall verify the features of the items, that are illustrated on each single product sheet when a specific item is selected on the website.

Before the agreement ends, the Customer will be informed about:

  • The total price of the ordered items (taxes excluded), with details of shipping costs and any further costs that may occur;
  • The forms of payment;
  • The due date by which SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano commits itself to deliver the items;
  • The conditions, terms and procedures necessary to implement the right of withdrawal;
  • The legal warranty/guarantee of conformity upon the purchased items;
  • The conditions for after-sale support and commercial guarantee offered by SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano.

 

Conclusion and validity of the agreement

This sales agreement shall be considered ended after submission from SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano to the Customer of an e-mail containing the order confirmation.

The e-mail shall include all the Customer’s details, the order number, the price of the purchased items, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the items will be sent.

The Customer shall commit to check that all the details contained in the e-mail are correct and to promptly notify SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano of any corrections which may be needed.

SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano shall commit to describe and present all the items on sale on its website in the best possible way.

Nevertheless, some mistakes, innacuracies or slight differences may occur between the products shown on the website and the real ones.

Furthermore, the pictures of the products displayed on www.shangagioielli.com may differ slightly from the delivered items due to the variability in the colour rendering of the screens, in the digitalization of the images and in the packaging.

Product availability

All the items available on the website www.shangagioielli.com are only made on request.

In the STOCK section you can find items in stock with faster delivery times.

SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano will inform the Costumer about shipping times and shipping costs by e-mail, together with the order confirmation.

For this reason, SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano will only strictly accept the orders cancelled within 24 hours after receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail.

Pricing

All the selling prices shown on the website are quoted in Euro (taxes excluded).

The shipping costs are not included in the selling price, but will be calculated and shown in the shopping cart towards the end of the ordering process, just before the payment is asked.

The Customer shall accept that SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano could change its prices at any moment. However, the items will be invoiced at the prices shown on the website during the order creation and written on the confirmation e-mail sent by SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano to the Customer.

In the case of any mistake due to IT, manual and technological problems or difficulties of any other nature/kind may lead to a significant change of the selling price to the public, which could have not been forecast by SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano and ends in an excessive or clearly derisory price, the order shall be considered as cancelled and will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

 

Guarantee of conformity

 

The jewelry warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects, for which the Customer exercises the right to the restoration of conformity of the product through repair or replacement. SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano shall receive all the documentation of the defect (pictures/videos) and/or the damaged jewelry, in order to be able to estimate the extent of the defect and decide whether to proceed with repair or replacement under warranty of the items. In this case, unless an explicitly different instruction from SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano has been given, the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

In case the Customer receives items with wrong features (such as models or colours different from the ones that had been ordered), the expenses for the withdrawal and new shipment of the jewelry will be charged to SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano

In order to activate the return service please write to sales@shangagioielli.com and attach clear images with full details of the damaged parts, in order to allow SHANGA BODY ART di Picchi Stefano to define the origins/causes of the damage and the potential need for repair or replacement under warranty.

Jewelry damaged due to incorrect use will not be replaced.

The customer may exercise this right within 30 days of receipt of the material by notifying us at the following address: info@shangagioielli.com.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

This agreement is regulated by the Law of Italy.

The attorney of the Republic of Ravenna will have jurisdiction over any disputes about the validity, interpretation and fulfillment of this agreement.
